Connie & Johnny - Recollections

Over the years, people have kept in touch with family and friends via visits, phone calls, cards, letters and more recently e-mails or text messages. We don't intend to abandon these ways of keeping in touch, However, we have come to the conclusion if we want to be on the same page as those close to us, i.e. our seven children, their spouses and the twelve grandchildren, we should launch a personal Internet blog where family and friends can see what we are up to. An early preview of Hurricane Earl - Long Beach, NY 5 - 6 PM on 9-2-2010

Tonight Hurricane Earl is churning up the East Coast of the US...Presently, it is somewhere off the coast of North Carolina.... High surf and pounding waves of 6 - 7 feet have reached the south shore of Long Island....Tomorrow, the surf and waves are perdicted to be in the range of 10 - 15 feet, with gusty winds.... High tide is expected at 2:01 PM....
