An early preview of Hurricane Earl - Long Beach, NY 5 - 6 PM on 9-2-2010

Tonight Hurricane Earl is churning up the East Coast of the US...Presently, it is somewhere off the coast of North Carolina.... High surf and pounding waves of 6 - 7 feet have reached the south shore of Long Island....Tomorrow, the surf and waves are perdicted to be in the range of 10 - 15 feet, with gusty winds.... High tide is expected at 2:01 PM....

The following  photos were taken at Long Beach between  5 and 6 PM this evening.  Hopefully, we will get more tomorrow eve.  Enjoy !!!
