Connie & Johnny - Recollections

Over the years, people have kept in touch with family and friends via visits, phone calls, cards, letters and more recently e-mails or text messages. We don't intend to abandon these ways of keeping in touch, However, we have come to the conclusion if we want to be on the same page as those close to us, i.e. our seven children, their spouses and the twelve grandchildren, we should launch a personal Internet blog where family and friends can see what we are up to. Florida's fabulous water birds, January 2011

We only have to step out of our back door to enjoy the following sights....

A Wood Stork landing.

A trio of Roseate Spoon Bill cranes.

A White Ibis.

A couple of Sand Hill Cranes pass two Great Blue Herons

A couple of Mallards in flight.

A Great Blue Heron takes off....

Nothing more colorful than the Roseate Spoon Bills.
