Connie & Johnny - Recollections

Over the years, people have kept in touch with family and friends via visits, phone calls, cards, letters and more recently e-mails or text messages. We don't intend to abandon these ways of keeping in touch, However, we have come to the conclusion if we want to be on the same page as those close to us, i.e. our seven children, their spouses and the twelve grandchildren, we should launch a personal Internet blog where family and friends can see what we are up to. The friendly sky's around JFK

Anyone living in the southwest corner of Nassau County, Long Island, NY is ever aware of their proximity to JFK International Airport. The flights arriving and departing JFK are as familiar sights in the sky as the sun, moon and clouds are. Because the aircraft are such fixture people hardly look up with any curiosity.

I did point my telephotos lens skyward and captured aircraft from every continent and every corner of the globe. Take a look....
