Living on a wildlife preserve offers many opportunities to see nature up close.
To capture it on film or now a computer chip, takes patience, perseverance and dedication.
To get the following, it took approximately 4-6 hours, out of a couple of days, of standing out doors in rain, cold and wind...... But success was found!
January 7, 2013 building the nest.....
January 28th, arrival of first egg...
Sitting through a rain storm....
Its time for the next shift, come home !!!
I'm home, I'm home !!!
January 31, the sun is out and the second egg....
Who is the busy body with the camera ?
I'm going to get some food !
Or, maybe the golf course !!!
See you tonight, sit for a while....
Don't be late !
This routine will go on for the next 28-30 days............
